Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to join our tea company. The successful candidate will support the marketing team in executing marketing initiatives and campaigns, as well as assist with daily marketing operations.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns and initiatives
Conduct market research and analyze market trends to identify new marketing opportunities
Collaborate with the team to create engaging and effective marketing materials, including flyers, email newsletters, and social media posts ect.
Assist in management of company's social media accounts.
Assist with the planning and execution of events, such as product launches and promotional events.
Stay uptown date on industry trends and developments with respect to tea and tea related products and make recommendation for further marketing strategies.
Perform administrative tasks and support the marketing team as needed.
