Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to amplify our brand presence, and build, grow, and connect with our community

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
Develop engaging content that highlights our craftsmanship, company culture, and inclusion initiatives
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to attract customers and potential partners
Collaborate with the team to create promotional materials and storytelling content
Monitor analytics and optimize strategies for better engagement

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Experience in social media management and marketing
Creative mindset with excellent writing and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for promoting inclusivity and social causes
Ability to adapt to different digital platforms and tools
High level of fluency in English required

Technical skills:

Adobe Creative Suite
Canva
Any other photo and video editing tools for social media
Basic camera use
