Role Description

This full-time role for a Marketing and Public Relations Manager is based on-site in Kathmandu. The Marketing and Public Relations Manager will manage press releases, media relations, and strategic communications. They will develop and implement public relations strategies to enhance the public image and reputation of Inova Hospital Pvt. Ltd. Day-to-day tasks will include preparing and distributing press materials, coordinating with media outlets, managing communication channels, and monitoring public and media perception of the hospital.

Qualifications

Press Releases, Media Relations, and Public Relations skills
Strong Strategic Communications skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
Strong organizational and project management skills
Experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage
