Assist in conducting field related market research activities from planning to data generation;
Collect and analyze market data and information for sales forecasting and procurement;
Assist in planning and supervising marketing operations;
Assist in development and execution of promotional campaigns;
Respond and communicate with customers about the product order, delivery status, and feedback in a timely and friendly manner;
Assist in day-to-day operations of the office like packaging, order placement for delivery, delivery tracking, stock-taking, etc.;
Assist in collection of receivables;
Measure and report the performances of digital marketing campaigns, in the field;
Assist in the development of content and mock-up for market promotion in coordination with an assigned designer;
Assist in the management of events, during participation in trade fairs, and promotional campaigns;
Other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
