Job Description

Are you a dynamic and creative individual with a passion for marketing and media? We are seeking a talented Marketing and Media Coordinator to join our team in a hybrid field-office role, where you'll have the opportunity to blend office-based work with exciting field experiences.

Role Overview:

As a Marketing and Media Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving our marketing efforts and enhancing our brand presence across various platforms. In this hybrid role, you'll divide your time between office-based tasks and field visits to client sites, partner organizations, and project locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement creative marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Create engaging multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and written content, to support marketing initiatives.
  • Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
  • Coordinate media relations efforts, including drafting press releases, pitching stories to journalists, and tracking media coverage.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with external partners, including clients, partners, and media outlets.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management or other similar fields.
  • 2 years of experience preferable, working creatively in other companies.
  • Willingness to learn fundamentals of content creation tools and software, including Video editing software/apps, Canva, and social media management platforms.
  • Good personality and humble attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and pitches.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Flexibility to travel to various locations for field visits as needed mostly inside valley and sometimes outside valley as well.
