Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Plan and execute marketing initiatives for Alfa House Banquet, Bajeko Sekuwa, and Wasabi Restaurant.
Drive banquet bookings, restaurant promotions, and brand visibility.
Manage corporate outdoor events, outdoor catering, and corporate lunch box services.
Acquire external corporate clients for events, catering, and bulk food orders.
Coordinate end-to-end event execution including vendors, branding, logistics, and on-site management.
Develop corporate tie-ups and institutional partnerships.
Ensure adherence to budgets, timelines, and brand standards.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, corporate sales, or event management, preferably in F&B or hospitality.
Strong understanding of corporate client engagement and event management processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Creative mindset with the ability to plan and execute marketing strategies effectively.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience in the F&B or banquet industry is a plus.
Existing corporate network and client contacts in relevant industries.
Proficiency in digital marketing, social media campaigns, and brand promotion
