Job Description

We are looking for a Customer-Oriented Service Representative. A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. Customer service representatives can put themselves in in their customers shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Customer feedback is priceless, and these CSRs can gather that for you. Problem- solving comes naturally to customer care specialists. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. This person will report to the General Manager and be a key component in generating leads and following up with customers after product delivery..

As CSR and Delivery Management Assistant, your responsibilities are as follows:

  • Receiving orders through phone, social media platforms and email for corporate clients and punching through Order Taker
  • Understanding the client requirements in terms of diet preferences
  • Solving all the queries of the customers regarding menu and delivery
  • Generating leads through calls
  • Alerting kitchen and delivery agents on incoming orders
  • Plan route mapping for deliveries with agents
  • Solving delivery related queries for customers and delivery agents
  • Taking feedback on a regular basis from customers and seeking for referral or reviews on public platforms such as google
  • Post prompt replies on social media sites on queries from customers
  • Learn in-house IT systems in order for smoother operations
  • Learn and execute updating menu items, prices, addons etc. upon requirement
  • Generate coupon codes for customers through the system
  • Formulate and refine standard replies for customer queries
  • Generate weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Be prompt in taking decisions on bulk orders through internal coordination
  • Be aware of all the promotions carried out on different platforms
  • Generating bills for all the orders for customers

Marketing Roles:

  • Target sector wise clients such as Banks and Financial Institution, Corporate Clients, etc.
  • Make monthly meeting plans with B2B clients with proposals and offerings
  • Create proposals and offerings based on each sectors requirement
  • Attend meetings on weekly basis with potential clients
