Job Description

Company Website Management  

  • Ensure functionality and site responsiveness
  • Evaluate website analytics – report website details like traffic, region, bounce rate, etc
  • Maintain, update, back up and troubleshoot an API website
  • Customer Query management – website and social media
  • Order Management – accepting PO/daily order,RTS processing and keep records of outbound and inbounds
  • Maintain Inventory for each brand
  • Add/remove product for each brand
  • Banner and content updates  
  • Any changes/corrections suggested by management should be planned and get it done by developer
  • STOCK Management of Vega

Online Shopping  Management

  • Admin panel management
  • Catalog management
  • Order management – accepting PO/ daily order, processing and keep records (INBOUND & OUTBAND)
  • Maintain Inventory
  • Add/remove product
  • Ads/ campaign management
  • Banner and content updates
  • Keep in touch with the online shopping category team for all the updates on each brand
  • Ready to Ship/Packaging and deliver the product in Online Shopping ‘s Warehouse

Marketing

  • Coordinate with people who makes dealer signage boards, shutter paints, pop materials printers etc in coordination with Sales Team. Is responsible for preparation of dealer signage boards, and other marketing products.
