Job Description

Reports to: Relationship/Administration Manager

  • Work closely with the relationship manager / admin officer to ensure smooth operation of the school and branding of the school.
  • Researching and analysing market trends and competitors.
  • Help in the admissions process during the admissions campaign. This will entail following up with inquiries and managing/tracking them.
  • Potentially visit preschools and other organizations for branding and marketing - to build relationships.
  • Develop plans to attract the new parents and compete with existing competition.
  • Help promote and maintain a positive image of the school.
  • Come up with new ideas for the Marketing Campaigns.
  • Manage social media handles (FB, Insta, Twitter & LinkedIn) for both Adhyayan School and Adhyayan Preschool. Be creative, proactive and punctual with the posts and follow ups.
  • Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback. • Collect pictures & data from other school coordinators to share on social media.
  • Work with the Leapfrog Technology's design and marketing team for regular designs and updates.
  • Help with the planning and hosting of marketing / school events.

Working hours: Sunday through Friday (8:30 AM - 4:30 PM). Additional hours might be needed to meet the deadlines.

Note: Hours might be flexible if the intern is still studying or has classes.
