Job Description

Working as a key member of the sales and marketing team
Supporting the Manager and Officer by following their sales activities
Assisting in the preparation and implementation of short and long term marketing plans for the company
Assist in achieving annual sales target
Assisting with the development and placement of brochures and other promotional material of the company
Assisting with the preparation for and attendance at insurance events, trade shows, and conferences when appropriate
Inputting data and updating surveys, visitor stats, and customer feedback information and providing regular reports
Maintaining client and media contact databases
Assisting to develop relationships with the customers
Assisting with the coordination of communications and public relations for the company
Visiting clients to demonstrate the importance of products and directing customers to the specific area that the customer's request
Giving accurate and current information about the product for all inquiries, if the product information is not at hand, do everything possible to provide an answer
To identify continuous improvement opportunities within the insurance business and assist it with assistant manager
Develop and update knowledge of employers and competitor's product and services
Maintain a positive and cheerful attitude and cooperate with teamwork
Be with customer while filling out the proposal and advice as necessary
To meet sales target as set out for the sales unit by Underwriting and Marketing Departments
Attend and participate in meetings and committees as appropriate
