  • Master’s Degree in Marketing with relevant experience in an eCommerce company or digital media agency of around 2 years
  • Experience leading multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional campaigns, Public Relations, and Business Development
  • Have a blend of creativity, brand vision, analytical expertise, out-of-the-box thinking, and the confidence to lead a highly talented, collaborative team
  • An understanding of PMO processes and communication, and an ability to work cross-functionally with different teams to implement solutions and execute campaigns
  • A results-driven leader and creative problem solver, who takes full ownership of their responsibilities
  • Strong contacts with agencies and media houses in Kathmandu

Job Description

  • Coordinate with the marketing team across brand strategy, creative, content, media (owned, earned, paid), analytics, campaign management to develop and execute sales, branding and positioning initiatives across online and offline channels.
  • Work cross-functionally with commercial, product and operations teams to help devise, plan and implement successful and relevant marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Optimize these campaigns through thoughtful testing, ultimately aiming to maximize acquisitions while considering LTV/CAC
  • Work collaboratively with Group marketing functions, analytics, and campaign management teams
  • Prepare Marketing Plans and ensure marketing KPI’s are met within the stipulated budget
  • Build Strategic and Profitable partnerships with big corporate houses of the country
  • Acquire sponsorship deals for major Daraz Campaigns
  • Manage offline marketing team and external agencies to oversee overall offline marketing strategy for the company
  • Strengthen Daraz brand equity and positioning by identifying business development efforts and corporate partnership opportunities
