The Sangini network is a partial franchising model that operates through pre- existing medical outlets. The medical outlets are certified to administer Sangini, after three days of basic training on Sangini. CRS monitors Quality of Care Provided by these outlets through Quality Assurance Officers (QAO). CRS is looking for ‘Manager - Quality Assurance’ to lead a team of QAO’s engaged in providing technical support to Sangini Outlets. S/he is responsible for the review and revision/development, management and on-going enhancement of Sangini network. S/he will identify and address quality of care gaps with ‘Sangini’ service providers.

Competencies:

• Computer skills- proficient in Microsoft software (Excel, Word) and email (Outlook) programs; experience with use of tablets and associated software applications is desirable
• Excellent communication and writing skills required
• Language skills- English proficiency required
• Self-directed- able to engage in QA program design, implementation, evaluation and improvement
• Budget management experience desirable

• Excellent communication skills, including supportive supervision/mentoring communication techniques
• Exemplary professional etiquette in all interactions, including with QAOs, other managers and ‘Sangini’ service providers
