Job Description

A Resource Manager has to maintain a dynamic work environment, administer all the resource tasks and also perform as an in charge of the resource employees. Someone who has strong organization and interpersonal skills will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities:

  • Assign tasks to Resource Department’s employees and inspect work to ensure that the prescribed standards are met
  • Schedule staff shifts and organize replacements as required
  • Maintain records and documentation, including inventory, personnel, orders, supplies, and maintenance and share with senior/concerned authority whenever required
  • Proactively oversee facilities services and maintenance activities for facilitating smooth operation of work
  • Maintain stock of available inventory so as to ensure a steady supply of work materials
  • Make recommendations to help improve process and services within the organization
  • Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job
  • Manage and monitor all day to day activities
  • Educate, direct and supervise the whole resource employees
  • Resolving complaints, and managing process discrepancies to maintain the smooth delivery of services
  • Communicate and work with multiple departments to fulfill their various needs in the workspace
