The Job:
This position enables and empowers you to make contributions in one of the major functions of CloudFactory’s Talent team - infusing the company’s culture into its daily operations and ensuring that the team members within the company are learning, growing and happy. In essence, your goal is to ensure that everyone at CloudFactory loves the work culture that they are a part of, are highly productive at what they do, and clearly see personal and career growth with the company. To that end, you will be creating a road map in collaboration with others in the Talent team and lead the project each quarter based on predetermined priorities.
You are a leader within the team and company, which mean you are expected to share and champion your ideas and be comfortable to challenge the existing way of doing things. You will take charge of the overall experience of our team members at CloudFactory from on boarding to exit. You will craft an engaging and effective onboarding process, collect feedback from the participants at different stages to gauge effectiveness and iterate on it to make it better. You will pour yourself into the insights gathered from engagement surveys, identify priorities based on the information and lead projects that will progressively make us better as a company.
Path to progress needs to be clear for every role within the company. You will take the lead in facilitating this process by engaging all people managers and functional leaders as well as representatives of the Talent team in creating a clear road map of team members. They will be able to see how their career could progress with CloudFactory, and what skills, ability and characteristics they will need at each step of the way. This would require you to work closely with both the Talent Acquisition and Talent Development teams to exchange knowledge and reevaluate strategies or hypothesis. Connected with that is the performance assessment process, for which you will be the thought leader within the company. You will be updated on the latest philosophy, tools and techniques on performance assessment front and will take the leading role in putting the company in the right trajectory.

The Experience:
You have at least 5 years of experience in project management, process management, or similar experience with at least 3 years doing people management. You have scaled your team and delivered outstanding results even when only ambiguous information was available to you and your team. You have proven analytical skills, and have successfully led a high performing team of smart and driven individuals.
