Nepal Taekwondo Association(NTA) is the International Federation (IF) governing the sport of Taekwondo and is a member of NEPAL MARTIAL ARTS ASSOCIATION with other two martial arts disciplines under National Sports Council of Nepal. NTA leads the most inclusive and accessible combat sport, which combines the values of an ancient Asian heritage with the values of a global elite sport. Taekwondo evolves on a solid base, mixing the traditional and the modern. The values recognized by practitioners and partners are the strength of our sport. Job Purpose:

Correspondence Officer is responsible for coordinating, analyzing, drafting and reviewing and briefings, including timeliness and quality of advice and liaison with other officers to ensure that information provided is accurate and consistent.The position is mainly responsible for ensuring that priorities and deadlines are met.

Requirements:

  • Must have completed Bachelors Degree in related field
  • Preference will be given to experienced candidates
  • Proficiency in Nepali Typing 
  • Good communication skills (written & spoken) in both English and Nepali
  • Should be well literate in computer
  • Should be outgoing, flexible on time, cooperative and trustworthy

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for drafting information
  • Dealing with clients in a professional manner
  • Answer inquiries regarding such information as schedules, procedures, and policies via calls and corresponding emails
  • Maintain basic correspondence databases, and organize and safe-keep official documents records
  • Assemble and issue required documentation
  • Other duties as assigned by concerned authority
