About the Opportunity

A Reputed IT Company is the authorized importer for Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) and the distributor for a globally recognized cybersecurity and endpoint protection suite. In this dual-engine role, you will lead our hardware and software distribution channels; appointing resellers and software outlets for multi-user antivirus/security boxes, while partnering with top System Integrators (SIs) on enterprise server, storage, and corporate security licensing bids across Nepal.

What You Will Do

Build Antivirus & Software Reseller Network: Actively scout, appoint, and onboard retail computer shops, IT software resellers, and retail chains across Putalisadak, New Road, Lalitpur, and Bhaktapur to distribute consumer, SMB, and multi-user endpoint security packages.
Appoint Regional IT Resellers: Sign up authorized regional IT hardware and software dealers in major provincial commercial centers (Pokhara, Biratnagar, Butwal, Narayangarh, Birgunj, Nepalgunj) to expand nationwide retail availability and corporate reach.
Enterprise SI Partnerships (HPE & Corporate Security): Partner with leading corporate System Integrators (SIs) to pitch complete infrastructure stacks—combining HPE ProLiant servers with enterprise endpoint security, EDR (Endpoint Detection & Response), and central management consoles.
HPE Deal Registration & Margin Protection: Help partners submit and protect their client deals on the official HPE partner portal to secure competitive project pricing and protect partner margins.
Tender & Corporate Licensing Bids: Assist partners and corporate clients with technical specifications, Manufacturer's Authorization Letters (MAL), and pricing for corporate RFPs, banking tenders, and government e-GP contracts.
Channel Enablement & Retail Schemes: Design attractive dealer margins, seasonal consumer promotions, and briefing sessions for reseller sales teams so they actively recommend our security software and server solutions over competing brands.
Software License Renewals: Establish a proactive system to track and capture annual corporate software license and HPE Care Pack warranty renewals for recurring revenue.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: 3 to 5 years in IT hardware sales, antivirus/security software channel sales, or corporate SI account management with an IT distributor or reseller in Nepal.
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT (BSc CSIT/BIT/BCA), Engineering, or Business Administration with tech curiosity.
Channel Hunting & Retail Acumen: Proven ability to recruit IT shops in Kathmandu bazaars and provincial cities, negotiate retail software margins, and manage software box distribution.
Practical IT & Security Literacy: Comfortable discussing compute infrastructure (servers, storage) alongside core cybersecurity concepts (endpoint protection, antivirus licensing tiers, ransomware security) in practical business terms.
Field Mobility: Ready for regular dealer shop visits across Kathmandu Valley and periodic travel to provincial trade hubs.

Location & Scope: Kathmandu Valley Base and Major Regional Trade Hubs

Salary: Negotiable based on education and experience.
