Job Description

  • Develop, implement, review, and update operational policies and procedures across the organization
  • Work with the Board of Directors to  plan for short and long-term goals of the Department
  • Give regular inputs and conduct meetings with department heads for operational efficiency of each department and monitor the same
  • Perform Operational and financial risk management and develop financial backup plans to protect business operations in the event of major crises that could result in huge loss
  • Track and create and present monthly department-wise management information reports
  • Ensure proper documentation of all types of documents in the organization. Also help in drafting new formats for MOUs, Agreements, compliance letters, and other official documents both in English and Nepali
  • Ensure the creation and proper implementation of Standard Operating Procedures across all departments
  • Represent the company and make necessary presentations inside as well as outside the organization with stakeholders
  • Plan, lead, and execute any additional Grant Projects and tender application and execution along with proper coordination with other teams and reporting
  • Coordinate with HR to ensure smooth operations across the organization and for Inter-Department Communications for dependency solving between departments
  • Carry out budgeting and financial output reporting of each department
  • Ensure confidential data is protected from the public and secured against fraud by enforcing  access rights and verification levels
