A. Operational Management [50%]
- Should have working experience Audit, Compliances, Accounting, Financial Reporting, VAT, Income taxes, corporate laws and interaction with IRD, OCR, NRB, Banks, stock exchange within Nepal.
- Managing, Hiring and Monitoring team
- Handing all types of multiple engagements at a time in Nepal such as Audit & Compliances: External & Internal Audit, Company & Firm Registration, Income Tax/VAT/Excise/Customs/OCR/Banijya/Gharelu Filing or renewal etc.
- Advisories & Consulting: Process Design and System Implementation, Feasibility, Valuation, M &A, IPO, CFO/CEO/MD Advisories, Funding etc.
B. Business Development [50%]
- Identity the potential clients and ensure that you identify which of the suite of our solutions is right for each client
- Generate leads and close your own pipeline of business
- Approaching and meeting prospective clients and ensuring that one on one meeting with the client is fixed up for better business prospects
- Making presentations to the client on Company's business and functioning
- Nurturing relationships with clients to understand their business needs and requirements
- Grow revenue generation through new and existing clients
- Developing relevant business proposals under the guidelines of individual Business Heads
