Job Description

  • Follow project management disciplines in the following areas: Scope Management, Schedule Management, Cost Management, Issue Management, Risk Management, Quality Management, Human Resource Management and Communication Management
  • Escalate approvals on scope changes, critical path issues and resolution of team resource conflicts.
  • Motivate and direct the project team; sets goals, objectives and priorities; assign and review project tasks and performance on a regular basis, benchmarking against key milestone deliverables
  • Work with internal teams and external partners to manage work streams and deliverables for the launch and implementation of projects
  • Work with external partners to collect feedback and finalize program contents; work with internal partners to ensure contents are integrated and launched on appropriate platforms; support launch of platform and associated training activities; review and prioritize requests and questions from business teams for CSR team engagement
  • Work along the internal project team and external partner to design the project contents
  • Develop presentations, analyze data and perform other tasks as required to support the development and implementation of CSR strategy
  • Establish a strong network with the potential partners and all stakeholders
  • Maintain an updated schedule and inventory of resource requirements (external and internal), if required
  • Accountable for meeting project schedule and results, user satisfaction and the quality of the deliverables
  • May have contact with third party vendors regarding integration of their products and/or project plans
  • Perform cost-benefit analysis of the existing and proposed CSR approaches and activities
  • Collaborate with cross functional team on all project management deliverables
  • Acts as primary interface with the stakeholders
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business studies/management or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experiences
  • Experienced in business partnership, network building activities and public relations
  • Must have organizational and project management skills
  • Must be a proactive and good team player having excellent public speaking skillsets
  • Previous experience from any of the I/NGOs / community organisations / public or private sector
  • Experienced in CSR activities is preferred
