G4S is an international security company representing a global brand with a strong presence in the service sector. G4S is seeking a Manager – Sales & Marketing with solid leadership and corporate sales experience to drive our business growth in Nepal.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and accomplish the Sales & Marketing target to achieve the organization's objective as business head.
Drive corporate and institutional service sales by mobilizing Sales & Marketing teams.
Prepare compelling business proposals and bids for national and international clients.
Represent the company confidently in the different stakeholders of the market.
Work to create synergy with management, operations and clients to achive business objectives.
Understand the client needs and industry trends to design customized solutions.
Maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders to grow long-term business.
Could travel upon the business requirements.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Experience: 5 years in senior business development, proven roles
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, Nepali, and Hindi.
Strong capability in business proposal writing and bid preparation for national and international organizations.
Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving ability.
Confidence and professionalism to represent a global brand to fulfill the client's objective.

Note :

Should have a valid driving license (two or four-wheelers)
