Manager

We are seeking a motivated, experienced, and result-oriented Manager to join iGlobal Travel and Tourism. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating with clients and partners, supporting business growth, and ensuring smooth delivery of reliable and high-quality travel services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations of the travel and tourism business.
• Lead, coordinate, and support team members to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel partners, hotels, airlines, and other service providers.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor travel arrangements, packages, and itineraries.
• Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of client concerns.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales and revenue growth.
• Support the development and promotion of travel packages and services.
• Monitor operational performance, budgets, sales targets, and business objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of travel plans.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and relevant documentation.
• Stay updated on travel industry trends, destinations, regulations, and market developments.
• Ensure company policies, service standards, and professional practices are consistently maintained.
