Job Description

  • Lead the end-to-end investment process, including sourcing, evaluating, structuring, and executing deals.
  • Oversee financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and risk assessments for potential investments.
  • Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Manage and monitor the performance of the investment portfolio, ensuring optimal risk-return balance.
  • Prepare and present investment proposals, reports, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, regulators (SEBON, NRB), and key industry stakeholders.
  • Mentor, train, and guide junior analysts/officers in research, financial modeling, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and maintain high standards of corporate governance.
  • Identify new business development and fundraising opportunities.
