Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Manager to oversee our finance and operational activities. The successful candidate will lead teams, manage financial processes, ensure compliance, and contribute to strategic decision-making to support the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, direct, and coordinate financial activities such as budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop junior staff to enhance team productivity and maintain high performance.
  • Prepare and submit timely financial reports and statements, and liaise with auditors, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders as needed.
  • Develop and enforce financial controls, policies, and procedures to protect company assets and minimize risks.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing insights to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Oversee tax planning and compliance, and collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with overall business objectives.
