Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations, including sourcing, recruitment, documentation, and deployment processes
  • Coordinate effectively between clients, candidates, and government authorities
  • Lead and support the recruitment team in achieving performance targets
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on candidate sourcing, status, and deployment
  • Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and company policies
  • Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement of overall company performance and service delivery
  • Travel across districts to source qualified candidates as needed
