Job Description

Sky Blue International Overseas is seeking an experienced and qualified Manager to join our team in our Manpower Recruitment department. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership and communication skills and have a solid understanding of the recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the entire manpower recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding and retention
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the market
  • Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and networking events
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for various job roles and positions
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and understand their specific recruitment needs
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with clients and candidates
  • Provide guidance and support to the recruitment team on hiring strategies, candidate evaluation, and other related matters
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the recruitment process
