We are seeking a highly competent and results-driven Manager to oversee the overall management functions of our Factory and Corporate Office, and lead operations at our Corporate Distribution Outlet in Kathmandu. The ideal candidate will ensure operational excellence across procurement, sales, marketing, compliance, and distribution, with a strong emphasis on team coordination, strategic planning, and market engagement within the construction and furnishing sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead overall operations of factory and corporate office.
  • Align departmental goals with company objectives to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Drive cost optimization and resource efficiency across the board.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns, sales targets, and research & development initiatives.
  • Evaluate market trends and competitor strategies to support strategic planning.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.
  • Ensure compliance with local, provincial, and federal regulations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting as per industry standards.
  • Monitor distributor and dealer performance.
  • Provide strategic support, feedback systems, and engagement tools.
  • Lead all aspects of the Corporate Distribution Outlet, including staff supervision, customer handling, stock management, and reporting.
