Job Description

Kathmandu Netralaya is seeking a young, active, and energetic Administrative and Finance Officer to oversee administration, finance, and marketing operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in patient management, cash handling, planning & policy implementation, and marketing strategies. This role requires strong organizational skills, financial acumen, and the ability to promote healthcare services effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the Super Specialty Eye Center.
  • Ensure efficient patient management, including appointment scheduling and service coordination.
  • Implement hospital policies to maintain high service standards.
  • Supervise staff and ensure seamless workflow in administrative functions.
  • Handle cash transactions, invoicing, and financial documentation.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
  • Monitor revenue collection and prepare financial reports for management.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the eye center’s services.
  • Manage social media, digital marketing, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Build partnerships with healthcare organizations and increase patient engagement.
  • Plan and coordinate promotional events, health camps, and awareness programs.

Note: Candidate having own two wheeler vehicle is preferred.
