A recognised Bachelor degree qualification or higher with a proven academic track record.

Minimum 3 years of working experience as a team leader or manager (especially for Australia, UK and Canada bound students counselling team) in a reputed consultancy based in Nepal or abroad with excellent track record.

Competent in using email, the internet and various computer applications, especially the Microsoft Office programs.

Job Description

Develop and implement strategies to enable our growth plans.
Establish relationships with industry stakeholders, local colleges, clubs, etc. Keep the management informed about activities and actively report on results
Lead and motive the team members, and drive the team to achieve specified goals and target.
Have previous experience of working in education agency/consultancy business.
Able to interpret and explain college and university policies and procedures, prepare orientations, and present academic information to students and parents.
Participate in decision-making and activities which contribute to the effective operation.
Cooperate and collaborate with other professionals to enhance students' careers and education.
Achieve specified targets on time as agreed.
Analyse progress determine eligibility, necessity and resources to progress towards the target.
Identify the current and potential needs or problem areas, and refer to the problem, if any, to the immediate supervisor through the proper channel.
Check various forms for accuracy such as curriculum changes, visa policy changes, fee schedule changes and update the same in the organisation information system folders/locations.
Coordinate with the Academic department to ensure the status of the currently enrolled students in various programs for further counselling.
