  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
  • Having at least two years of experience in the field of management of the team by fulfilling the target of the top level.
  • More education or experience may be preferred or required.
  • Strong understanding of business management, financial, and leadership principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Time and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to staff members.

Job Description

  • Fulfilling the monthly and annual targets of the company
  • Preparation of a timeline for the fulfillment of the targets.
  • Regular weekly reporting of the performance of the company
  • Lead all the departments and act as the liaison officer of the company.
  • Motivating all the departments of the company.
  • Converting Sales into Annual Maintenance Contract Service Sales

Benefits: 

  • Salary of Rs. 25,000 per month with additional incentives based on performance.
  • Incentives Schemes are as under:

Targeted Sales (Sales Plus AMC) % of Sales

  • Up to NPR 7,00,000                           Nil
  • Above NPR 7,00,000                          5%
