Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Fulfilling the monthly and annual targets of the company
Preparation of a timeline for the fulfillment of the targets.
Regular weekly reporting of the performance of the company
Lead all the departments and act as the liaison officer of the company.
Motivating all the departments of the company.
Converting Sales into Annual Maintenance Contract Service Sales

Benefits:

Salary of Rs. 25,000 per month with additional incentives based on performance.
Incentives Schemes are as under:

Targeted Sales (Sales Plus AMC) % of Sales

Up to NPR 7,00,000 Nil
Above NPR 7,00,000 5%

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
Having at least two years of experience in the field of management of the team by fulfilling the target of the top level.
More education or experience may be preferred or required.
Strong understanding of business management, financial, and leadership principles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
Time and project management skills.
Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies.
Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to staff members.
