Nordic Educational Consultancy is looking for an experienced and motivated candidate to join our team as a Manager. The ideal candidate should have a passion for providing education and immigration solutions to customers and should be proactive in delivering results.

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the consultancy
Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction
Manage and monitor customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback
Coordinate with the team to ensure customer service standards are met
Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to promote the consultancy
Monitor competitors and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws
Prepare and present reports and performance metrics to senior management
