• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the consultancy 
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction 
• Manage and monitor customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback 
• Coordinate with the team to ensure customer service standards are met 
• Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to promote the consultancy 
• Monitor competitors and market trends to identify opportunities for growth 
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws 
• Prepare and present reports and performance metrics to senior management
• Applicant must be confident, can handle a consultancy and have prior experience in it.
