Job Description

  • Align work flow and department activities to meet business goals
  • Oversee and manage, in co-ordination with department heads, daily operations and overall students/clients experience
  • -Liaise with senior-level management to formulate and execute plans and activities to achieve company goals.
  • Ensure business KPIs are meet and tracked on a regular basis with routine reporting to senior management
  • Monitor and Evaluate staff performance with schedule appraisal
  • In general, core responsibility is planning, directing and overseeing operations and fiscal health of the departments and the company
  • Delegating responsibilities and supervising business operations
  • Hiring, training, motivating and coaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to customers, assessing employee performance and providing helpful feedback and training opportunities in coordination with senior management
  • Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employee
  • Monitoring department activity and ensuring it is properly provisioned and staffed. 
  • Analyzing information and processes and developing more effective or efficient processes and strategies
  • Establishing and achieving business and profit objectives
  • Generating reports and presenting information to upper-level managers or other parties where required
  • Ensuring staff members follow company policies and procedures
  • Other duties to ensure the overall health and success of the business
