Roles and responsibilities of this job

Participate in structured training programs to acquire knowledge and skills in areas such as leadership, management, customer service, sales, operations, and company policies
Work closely with experienced managers, supervisors, or mentors to learn their job roles and responsibilities. Observe and assist in decision-making processes.
Depending on the organization's focus, interact with customers or clients to understand their needs and feedback and learn how to deliver excellent customer service.
Assist in identifying and resolving operational challenges or issues within the organization.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project findings or progress to management.
Collaborate with colleagues and team members to accomplish departmental goals and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
