Job Description

  • Report directly to the Managing Director
  • Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives
  • Helping prepare for meetings
  • Accurately recording minutes from meetings
  • Preparing financial statements, reports, memos, invoices letters, and other documents
  • Writing company/project progress reports
  • Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed
  • All compliance and government related work (annual filing, permit applications, etc.)
  • Public relations and networking
  • Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports
  • Making personal arrangements for: travel, medical, others
  • Handling basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Delivery of documents and other items
  • Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software
  • Ad hoc assistance in anything required by the Managing Director

Other Requirements:

  • Must have two wheeler license
  • Must have own two wheeler

Salary: Minimum 25,000 per month (willing to provide higher depending on experience, qualification)
