Qualification & Requirement:

The candidate must have at least Master’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accountancy or any stream of Management with minimum first division marks or CGPA 3.3 from recognized university.

• Age not exceeding 30 years as on application deadline.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.

(Management Trainee is an entry level position where the successful candidates will undergo comprehensive on- the- job training in all areas of the Bank, enabling them to take up mid – level positions. Upon successful completion of training period, selected candidates will be placed anywhere in Nepal as per the Bank’s requirement.)

The selection process shall involve the following:

• Written Exam
• Group Discussion
• Final Interview

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the further selection process as per Bank’s requirement. The bank reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason thereof. Canvassing at any stage of the process shall lead to automatic disqualification. Priority will be given to candidates of local level/area.
