Requirements

Job Details: Management Trainee is an officer level contractual position, to be confirmed upon satisfactory completion of performance as per company’s policy

Age: Minimum age limit of 21 years and not exceeding 35 years for male and 40 years for female on the last date of submission of application.

Education: Completed Master’s Degree in Management/Marketing/Business from a recognized university.

Candidates are expected to have:

  •  Good computer skills including office applications
  •  Should have the ability to execute assigned task independently
  •  Strong willingness to learn
  •  Ability to convert ideas into concept note
  •  Ability to work in a team

Duties and Responsibility:

  • Developing marketing plan targeting potential clients, making presentations and developing materials to reach these potential clients.
  • Identifying new prospects
  • Taking client briefs and communicating them to the team
  • Writing proposals, including developing costing and doing market research where necessary.
  • Learn and perform duties in several areas such as Marketing, Business Promotion and Customer Service. 
  • Learn line and staff functions, operations, company policies and practices that affect each phase of business. 
  • Set performance goals and objectives. 
  • Prepare and update documents about company’s performance and report to management.
  • Maintain the highest ethical standards and confidentiality while dealing with system, data and other confidential information of the company.
