About HLE Future Leaders Development Program 

The Future Leaders Development Program is a management trainee program designed for people with management skills, looking to fast track their careers to become brilliant leaders.

This fully paid intensive development program combines interactive learning, skills training, and senior management exposure with on-the-job experience for 9 months. Management trainees will have the opportunity to work with industry leaders over the course of this training period. This program will serve as a stepping stone for you to become a future leader in an ambitious international company.

Application Criteria: 

• Bachelor's Degree (preferably in the management field)
• At least one year of working experience in team management roles

Nepalese nationals from all over the world who are returning to Nepal are highly encouraged to apply. Experience gained through internships, studying abroad, and active participation in student organizations will be considered in the selection process.
