Overview:

As a Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality and engaging educational content to students enrolled in a management program offered by the college. You will play a vital role in shaping the academic experiences of our students, fostering a dynamic learning environment, and contributing to the overall success of the college.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and workshops that cover the prescribed curriculum in the syllabus.
Develop and update course materials, including lecture notes, presentations, and supplementary resources, to ensure relevance and alignment with course objectives.
Facilitate active participation and interaction among students, encourage critical thinking, and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes, ensuring students gain practical and theoretical knowledge.
Design assessments, including exams, assignments, and projects, to evaluate students' understanding of course content and provide timely feedback on their performance.
