Job Description

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation for real estate staff.
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR databases.
  • Support HR in staff engagement, training, and performance monitoring.
  • Manage office operations, correspondence, and filing systems.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communication between teams.
  • Handle property-related documentation and renewals (licenses, insurance, contracts).
  • Coordinate with IT vendors for system maintenance, troubleshooting, and software updates
  • Track and maintain IT equipment inventory for offices and project sites.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of communication systems and security software.
  • Schedule and monitor property maintenance activities (electrical, plumbing, cleaning, landscaping, etc.).
  • Coordinate with contractors and service providers for timely repairs.
  • Maintain maintenance logs and ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
  • Maintain and update reports for HR, Admin, IT, and Maintenance activities.
  • Ensure all processes comply with company policies and real estate regulations.
