The Operations Supervisor works closely with the building staff in maximizing the customers shopping experience and tenant sales by working to ensure a clean, well maintained, safe, and friendly and pleasing environment, and asset preservation and enhancement while ensuring implementation of all standards. The Operations Supervisor will assist Operations Manager to oversee all operational functions, projects, construction, and contracted services at the buildings.

Responsibilities:

• Monitors housekeeping team and maintain clean and healthy environment
• Monitors and safeguards the mall property
• Reports electricity units/reading sub meter every month
• Guides and coordinate all other staff members
• Manages preventive and predictive maintenance, repair, and construction work to sustain safe and reliable operation in coordination with vendors
• Works with maintenance staff members to ensure proper Preventative Maintenance and related record keeping and logs (Elevators, Escalators, Service lift, Generator, Pump Room, Panel Room etc.)
• Maintains a safe environment and identifies and eliminates safety hazards to Mall/building staff, tenants and customers
• Provide support to tenants under construction and ensure construction activities match approved plans and comply with mall criteria
• Develop staff members by enhancing their roles and broadening their experiences
• Resolve tenant lease and non-lease concerns related to facility operations
• Maintain good relationships with tenants
• Manage operations purchasing program and asset inventory
• Ensure all Services Agreements are up to date
• Coordinate with other departments (marketing finance and engineering) with regards to mall
