Key Responsibilities: Responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment, building systems, safety/security of office belongings and premises, and ensure facilities are tidy and functional. They/them should take care of office mailing and equipment and, should assist in bank related works and delivery of office goods.

Required qualification and competencies:

• Must have completed secondary level of education with minimum one year of experience in similar job position(s).
• Responsible for providing general office support to the staff. This may include cleaning and organizing office areas, stocking.
• Can for providing clerical support to the office personnel. This position may include such tasks as taking messages, issuing directions, and performing clerical duties.
• Can performing a wide range of office tasks, from retrieving important paperwork to helping customers with their requests. They may also be responsible for maintaining the office and its equipment.
• Should assist the office administrator in the running of the office. This may include cleaning, filing, running errands, and other tasks as needed.
