Reports to: Maintenance Manager
Shift: Standard (09:00 AM to 05:00 PM) from Sunday to Friday

Position Overview

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical (3 Phase), mechanical, plumbing, HVAC systems within the dairy plant. S/he ensures the safe and efficient operation of equipment and facilities by conducting routine inspections, performing preventive maintenance, and addressing breakdowns promptly. This role requires a strong technical skill set, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities

Perform all routine inspections and preventive maintenance including electrical,mechanical, plumbing. HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
Daily Maintain and update maintenance logs and records for all industrial equipment,facilities and systems.
Assist in the installation of new dairy or other industrial machinery and equipment and after installation regular inspection, problem find and solving.
Adhere to safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and industry standards for maintenance and repairs.

Skills and Qualifications

Task Related

High school diploma or equivalent.
Certification or diploma in electrical, mechanical trained, or plumbing maintenance isa plus.
3 years plus experience in dairy or other manufacturing industrial fields.

Competencies and Soft Skills

Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Willingness to work in shifts or during emergencies as required.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
A two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
