Role Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure machines are functioning properly.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to meet quality standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot machine malfunctions swiftly.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Assist in the setup and calibration of machines.
• Report production metrics to supervisors.
• Adhere to safety protocols at all times.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure optimal production flow.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed.
• Document operational activities and equipment performance logs.
• Collaborate with engineers for any machinery upgrades or improvements.
• Participate in training sessions for new operational procedures.
• Help maintain inventory of supplies required for machine operation.
• Perform any additional duties as delegated by management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent in Mechanical
• Proven 1- 2 years experience as a machine operator or similar role.
• Basic understanding of production processes and machinery.
• Familiarity with safety guidelines in an industrial setting.
• Experience with quality control methodologies.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
• Physical stamina to handle manual labor and lifting tasks.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
• Experience in troubleshooting mechanical issues.
