The Provincial Team Leader (Lumbini) will report to and assist the Team Leader in providing leadership, management oversight, and technical direction for the project in Lumbini, ensuring that project deliverables are met on time and deliver desired impact. The Provincial Team Leader will support the management of the full-time team dedicated to this programme in Lumbini and help ensure successful integration of consortium partners in a one-team approach. They will be expected to manage and deliver technical assistance to the provincial government and/or municipalities. The Provincial Leader (Lumbini) will liaise with the funder, Government counterparts, and other key stakeholders and implementing partners. They will achieve synergy with relevant other national and sub-national level programmes and donor-funded projects operating within Nepal.
