Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Academic / Secondary Level In-Charge to lead and oversee the academic programs for the Secondary section. The ideal candidate will ensure high teaching standards, monitor student performance, and coordinate faculty to deliver a consistent and enriching educational experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support Secondary level teachers in curriculum planning and delivery
Monitor teaching methodologies and classroom performance to ensure academic excellence
Evaluate student performance, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans
Coordinate academic schedules, assessments, and reporting systems
Mentor teachers and support professional development initiatives
Organize and oversee academic events, workshops, and student activities
Maintain clear communication with students, parents, and management regarding academic matters
Ensure adherence to school policies, curriculum standards, and assessment frameworks
Support implementation of school-wide academic improvement programs

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Master’s degree or higher in Education, Subject Specialization, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience at the Secondary level
Prior experience in academic coordination or leadership roles is highly preferred
