Job Description

  • Actively communicate with parents on the progress of the child along with any challenges/ achievements they may have experienced
  • Show initiative and seek ways to achieve the best possible result
  • Apply sensitivity to learning and cultural, social, racial differences in pupils
  • Initiate interaction with students – develop a positive relationship with students without appearing biased to anyone while providing feedback to students: accurate, timely, specific and constructive.
  • Record keep students’ behaviours/ skills/ strengths/ weaknesses
  • Conduct continuous assessment system as advised to prepare standard report card/ observation report summary to give out to parents
  • Participate readily in all house-related/ co-curricular activities/ events such as conduct of morning assembly, and any other event to offer students platform and guidance to grow
  • Develop lesson plans to align with the curriculum
  • Ensure the planned curriculum objectives are achieved within the academic year
