Elite Grand School is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lower Secondary English Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience teaching English at the middle school level. This is a full-time position and female candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and effective English lessons for students in Grade 4 to 7
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and techniques to cater to the individual learning needs of students
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning
• Assess and evaluate student progress through a variety of methods such as tests, quizzes, and projects
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to help them improve their English skills
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement curriculum and teaching strategies
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and any concerns
• Participate in school events and activities to support the overall development of students
• Stay updated with the latest teaching methods and resources to continuously improve the quality of instruction
