Shristi Academy is a vibrant and forward-thinking educational institution dedicated to fostering academic excellence and nurturing the holistic development of students. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Lower Secondary English Teacher to join our committed team of educators.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, comprehensive English lessons to Lower Secondary students.
Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to help students improve their reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
Assess and monitor student progress regularly, providing timely feedback and support.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative classroom environment.
Encourage critical thinking and creativity through literature, language, and writing activities.
Collaborate with fellow teachers to develop and enhance the English curriculum.
Communicate with parents and guardians about student achievements and areas for improvement.
Participate in extracurricular activities, school events, and professional development opportunities as needed.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Qualifications and Skills:

Qualification: Bachelor degree or above
Teaching certification or equivalent qualification.
Experience teaching English at the Lower Secondary level is preferred but not required.
Strong knowledge of the English curriculum.
Passionate about inspiring students to develop their language and literary skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
Strong organizational and classroom management skills.

Working days/hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4 pm)
