Shristi Academy is a vibrant and forward-thinking educational institution dedicated to fostering academic excellence and nurturing the holistic development of students. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Lower Secondary English Teacher to join our committed team of educators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, comprehensive English lessons to Lower Secondary students.
  • Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to help students improve their reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
  • Assess and monitor student progress regularly, providing timely feedback and support.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative classroom environment.
  • Encourage critical thinking and creativity through literature, language, and writing activities.
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers to develop and enhance the English curriculum.
  • Communicate with parents and guardians about student achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Participate in extracurricular activities, school events, and professional development opportunities as needed.
