Job Summary

We are seeking a Low-Code Platform Developer with a passion for streamlining software development and delivering impactful solutions. In this role, you will harness leading low-code platforms (e.g., OutSystems, Mendix, Power Apps) to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade applications that solve complex business challenges. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into reality, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and user-centric.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Application Development:

• Design, build, and deploy custom software applications using low-code platforms, ensuring alignment with client needs and scalability.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate solutions to validate concepts and meet tight deadlines.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner with product managers, business analysts, and end-users to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Work with UX/UI designers to create visually appealing, intuitive interfaces that enhance user adoption.

Integration & Process Automation:

• Seamlessly integrate low-code applications with legacy systems, cloud services, and third-party APIs (REST, SOAP, webhooks).
• Automate workflows (e.g., approvals, data pipelines) to eliminate manual processes and boost operational efficiency.

Quality & Performance Assurance:

• Conduct rigorous testing (functional, performance, security) to ensure robust, bug-free deployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues pre- and post-launch, ensuring minimal downtime.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:

• Develop comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, user manuals, and API specs.
• Train end-users and internal teams to maximize platform adoption and self-sufficiency.

Innovation & Optimization:

• Stay ahead of industry trends in low-code development, AI integration, and DevOps practices.
• Continuously refine existing applications for performance, security, and user experience.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

• 3+ years of experience in software development, with 1+ years focused on low-code platforms (OutSystems, Mendix, Power Apps, Appian, or similar).
• Proven ability to build full-stack applications (UI, logic, databases) using low-code tools.
• Expertise in integrating systems via APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware, and cloud services (AWS, Azure).
• Strong grasp of software architecture, UI/UX principles, and relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL).
• Agile/Scrum experience and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Nice-to-Have

• Certifications in low-code platforms (e.g., OutSystems Certified Developer, Mendix Rapid Developer).
• Basic scripting/programming skills (JavaScript, Python, or .NET).
• Knowledge of DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins) and containerization (Docker).
• Experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare) or compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA)
