Together with the Government of Nepal (GoN), civil society, and the private sector, FHI 360 works collaboratively in the areas of HIV, family planning (FP)/reproductive health (RH), health security, antimicrobial resistance, nutrition, COVID-19 response, procurement, and supply chain management, local capacity strengthening, civil society and media strengthening, governance reform and the environment and climate change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordination with the committee to compile detailed list of all non-expendable assets handed over to Government of Nepal (GoN).  
  • Develop a plan for verification of non-expendable items.   
  • Coordinate with the concerned GoN health facilities and verify the non-expendable items handed over by FHI 360 Nepal against those received by the sites.  
  • Coordinate with the logistics management section of the management division to cross-verify the distribution plan and the items dispatched as support for COVID-19 emergency response plan.  
  • Collect the necessary evidence during the physical verification.  
  • Support the committee in preparation of final report.  

Qualifications

  • Diploma in biomedical engineering/pharmacy or a relevant degree with 1-2years of experience in logistics management of biomedical equipment and public health commodities.
